Açaí - Packaging/Certifications

Our açaí is wild harvested, transported by boat to our processing facilities, and processed within 24 hours.

Packaging Options

• From 1kg plastic bags to 190kg steel drums
• 3 standard pulp concentrations are available:
  • Type A (15% solids)
  • Type B (12% solids)
  • Type C (8% solids)
• Frozen açaí pulp can be stored for up to 12 months if kept at -18°C

Certifications

• Turiya açaí can be ordered with Kosher or Organic (IMO) certifications
• All of our partner factories in Brazil are either HACCP certified or are in the process of being certified
• Turiya is pioneering the certification of a~aí by Fair Trade Labelling Organizations International (FLO) in partnership with its Cooperative producers
